Some of our Corporate Highlights include the following:
- 1994 - Link America begins offering equipment, as well as EFI services to the telecom industry.
- 1995 - Link America’s Siemens DCO Line Card Caller ID upgrade products are released.
- 1998 - Link America’s Siemens DCO T1 interface product released.
- 1999 - Link America is awarded ISO quality certifications
- 2000 - Link America acquires the entire Carrier Products Group from Siemens Corporation.
- 2001 - Link America opens a new 35,000 sq. ft. production and test facility which combined with our 24,000 sq. ft. warehouse, brings our campus to a combined 59,000 sq. ft. facility.
- 2001 - Link America opens in-house printed circuit board manufacturing and mechanical assembly operation.
- 2003 - Link America starts the wireless division with WIFI and WIMAX equipment, EF&I and construction services.
- 2003 - Link America significantly expands the printed circuit board and mechanical assembly operation to offer manufacturing services for new and existing customers.
- 2004 - Link America attains TL 9000 certification.
- 2005 - Link America expands Outside Plant business to incorporate cabinet retrofits, integration and solutions centered on supporting our customer requirements to offer Triple Play solutions.
- 2006 - Link America establishes leadership in wireless space with WIFI and WIMAX equipment, EF&I and tower and cell site construction services.
Diversification into various vertical markets, has enabled the company to sustain its’ continued growth in both wired and wireless communications throughout the years.
