  • 1994: Link America begins by offering equipment, engineering, supply, and installation (EF&I) services for the telecommunications industry
  • 1999:  obtains ISO 9000:2000 Quality Assurance Certification
  • 2000: acquires line carrier equipment and products of Siemens Corporation, managing $1 trillion in assets for various operators
  • 2004: obtains TL 9000 certification
  • 2005: awarded multinational contract to provide services to Verizon for their Outside Plant Engineering and Computer Aided Design
  • 2005: expands production facility into cabinet conversions, integration, and related solutions to support customers' “triple play” (data, voice, and video services) solutions
  • 2005: signed Framework Agreement of Services with SBC (now AT&T)
  • 2006: establishes leadership in the field of WiFi and WiMax wireless networks through Critical Communications Division
  • 2007: Communications Test Design Inc. (CTDI) acquires business line of manufacturing and repair
  • 2008: signs contracts as a value-added reseller for Redback and Fujitsu
  • 2008: receives first AT&T order for Fujitsu optic fiber equipment
  • 2009: signs framework service contract with Harris Communications to provide support to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART)
  • 2009: signs value-added reseller contract with AT&T for their metro Ethernet network
  • 2009: establishes near-shore pre-sales network engineering and design center in Costa Rica
  • 2010: establishes near-shore contract assurance management center in Costa Rica
  • 2010: achieves annual revenue in excess of $130 million
  • 2011: recognized by Hispanic Business Magazine as the second fastest-growing Hispanic company in the United States
  • 2011: recognized by Inc. Magazine as the 66th fastest-growing private company in the United States
  • 2012: obtains ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Certification
